What ages do you accept?
Currently we accept ages 1-12.
Do I have to make an appointment? Nope! We are a drop-in facility, which means you can bring your child at your convenience without having to call ahead. We recommend calling ahead for children 2 and younger however.
Are there minimum or maximum stay requirements? There's a 1 hour minimum stay requirement and no maximum. Please note, we're closed on Sundays & Mondays.
Do I have to pre-register? No. Although, it is much quicker if you do. We offer ONLINE REGISTRATION through Procare !
Do I have to become a Member? Nope! Although, being a member would get you lower rates, the option to buy our packages, and Member-Only discounts!
What can I expect on the first visit? After Registration, we'll need a copy of your child's immunization record (please see next question below for further details). You then sign your child in at the front desk and you are off to enjoy your FREE TIME!
Does my child have to be up-to-date on immunizations? YES! For the safety of others, all children are required to be up-to-date on their immunizations on their 1st visit and provide us with a copy of this record within 30 days. Per Indiana guidelines, this is not required if there is a medical reason (doctor verification required) or for religious purposes.
What do I need to bring with my child? SOCKS or SLIPPERS! All children must have socks or slippers. For the younger children, please bring an extra set of clothes, diapers (cloth accepted!), wipes, formula/breast milk, other items you feel necessary. An individual cubby will be assigned to each child for their belongings. PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING!
What if I forget something? No worries! We have socks that can be borrowed for $.50, socks for purchase for $2, diapers & wipes for a small fee, blankets & pillows. Please note, there's a $5 refundable fee for any clothing needed during the visit; the fee gets refunded when clothing is returned.
Do I have to bring a meal for my child? No. You are more than welcome to bring a peanut-free meal, however we have options if you chose not to. If your child is with us during a mealtime (12:30 Tue-Fri / 5:30 Sat), we have snack options that can be purchased, or you can place an order for Aladdin's Eatery kids meal with us ($6); we order and pick it up! We provide complimentary snacks (animal crackers & dried cranberries) at 10:30 & 2:30, or outside snacks (peanut-free) can be provided.
Do you offer sibling discounts? Yes! Please see our rates.
Do you go outside? On occasion
Do you ever close your facility early? Yes. For severe weather we may close the facility, close early or have a late start. Please view our , as notification will be provided. An email notification will also be sent. If we are not caring for children in the last two hours of our day, we close early.
What is your Drop-off & Pick-up policy? The individual picking up MUST be listed as an Authorized Pick-Up and show a picture ID. A copy will stay in the file.
What is your late policy? $1.00/minute will be charged after the first 5 minute grace period for any after-hours closing pickups.
How do you charge? After the 1 hour minimum stay, we bill in 15 minute increments (rounding up).
What is your sick child policy? For the safety of others, we DO NOT accept ill children. Please follow this guideline and review our Family Handbook for further details.
Do you administer medications? No. Our policy is to not administer any medications. We will however, possibly administer medications in life-threatening situations, i.e., Epi-pens, if the medication is supplied. All medications (life-saving, i.e. Epi-Pen) must be in a sealed bag with your child's name and dosage (if applicable) on it. This MUST be provided to us prior to their visit. Please do not keep in their bag without notifying us. Please fill out the attached form.
Do you allow outside items to be brought in? We allow personal items to be brought in (electronics are okay), however, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items. Please label everything.
